A simple boat for up to 2 characters that can maybe tie itself to tow more boats with equipment? - imagine maps with islands and having to prepare boats to attack an enemy

Just because horses (or to pull carts) - so the player can build a nice barn to keep them 

Carts (pulled by cow or horse)

To allow more efficient hauling or to bring resources while attacking the enemy
