QOL for farming

Just some suggestions for more farming-qol:

- It would be super nice to have options in the farming-infobox like in the usual task-setup-box. Stuff like assigning a certain noble to a certain farm, set priorities and so on. This would help with getting important stuff planted first when spring arrives, and prevents my highlevel farmer starting to plant eg. corn when that could be done by the lowlevel dude whereas mealbeans stay barren.

- It would be nice to be able to uncheck the "plant"-box on farms, there is the "too late to plant"-status now, but i am not sure thats precise and/or takes shorter season into regard, eg.

- It would be nice to be able to right-click-assign a noble to a whole farm instead of only single tasts *in* that farm, atm it looks like this :P:
