Weird graphical glitch/flare
Had this happen several times now during this play, but just for split seconds. This time its persistent and i can scroll out and into it. See screen, made a savegame. If you need to know my system specs or whatever hit me up.

Thanks - it's related to disabling certain graphics settings. Plan to look at it soon.
