job priority setting doesn't work
I have one noble with ability of building 12+ and farming 4+.
I set priority #2 for farming, and #4 for building, and I found he never go for a farming.
He goes for farming only when I do not allow building job.
Is this intended operation?

Did you prioritize the build commands? Prioritized commands jump ahead of unprioritized jobs of higher priority assigned jobs. This is so that you get immediate response against the prioritized thing, but can be unintuitive.
