Overbuffing (young) nobles should have consequences/impact on ambition

If you recruit a 18 yo noble with 20 prestige and then give him that juicy buffgear that brings him to 10 skilllvl and 600 prestige in one go, that should have some consequences. Either they get overambitious (no idea what consequences that could have, but maybe they start fights with others?) or other, older nobles get jealous on them. Would maybe be a bit bland to solve that over esteem buffs/debuffs though.... More thoughts and input needed probably.

I think it should be relative to your kingdom. If all your nobles are 600+ prestige it shouldn't matter much. However, if you boost the new guy into "3rd place" when it comes to prestige then yeah I think some issues should happen.
