Percenatage of selection

Trollseidon made this suggestion in the discord:

Sustainable logging right now requires a lot of micro, and this would be a cool option. Maybe add a button to deselect a certain % of selected items? or even literally a button specifically for trees that is "mark half for cutting" or something like that, that overwrites all the existing cut orders for the selected trees by randomly assigning half of them to be cut and marking the others to not be cut.
