More digging/mining options - ramps, cut stairs etc

I'd really like to be able to cut some rough hewn stairs or ramps into the rock.

Maybe it requires a good amount of mining skill, and maybe there's other drawbacks versus constructed stairs, for example, not getting any stone out of that tile, taking some time longer than built stairs to make, even being dangerous when wet or if they get injured etc (especially if accidents are ever a mechanic!), and not being pretty (maybe lowers prestige of a room unless the miners are skilled?).

But the benefit would be saving on wood, not having to make jobs for the builders, and speeding up access to lower levels. Also it would make miners have more agency so they could explore for seams or cut little forts out in the wilderness.
